Quick correction Bill. The Tenderloin is San Francisco’s Tenderloin, not North Beach.

I would like to see Pops Kehoe put in charge of an all-purpose task force whose mission is vague but whose budget is consistently low.

@Colm: That about sums it up. O’Reilly is not wrong, per se. Just disengenuous. Notice he didn’t show any of the good parts of the city.
