I would like to see Pops Kehoe put in charge of an all-purpose task force whose mission is vague but whose budget is consistently low.

@Colm: That about sums it up. O&#039;Reilly is not wrong, per se. Just disengenuous. Notice he didn&#039;t show any of the good parts of the city.</description>
