I’m not sure what to make of this scene apparently taking place in some African village. Several (I am guessing) American young people attempting to teach the locals the “Soldier Boy” dance. A bunch of white and Asian Americans teaching a dance made popular by an African American rapper to actual Africans, while being photographed by a young African (American?) man, wearing a shirt with a white rapper. Who can unpack all the layers of inter-cultural complexity at work here?
