As a matter of fact, the two guys who own the gym/ran the bootcamp were straight out of Dublin and their motiviational speeches were peppered liberally with “bollocks” and our sparring partners were invariably referred to as “Yer Man Here.”

Well done! Boxing is still quite a big sport in Ireland – when you are crap at almost every other Olympic sport there is always the possibility of winning a gold by beating someone else up..
